Crystal Boba, also known as Agar Boba – flavored with Cherry Blossom, is a jelly-like texture with a soft chew, gelatin measuring 1 cm each. This crystal boba is a pink and translucent sphere that is immersed in sweet syrup with a delicious cherry blossom flavor. It has a wonderful floral scent, like you’re smelling Japan in the springtime. Cherry blossoms, sakura (桜), are known being seasonal, but now have the sweet flavor any time of the year! 

Scoop generously and decorate your drink or dessert of choice with our taro flavored Crystal Boba. Use it on ice cream, yogurt, bubble tea drinks and decorate cakes, etc. It is a perfect topping for bubble tea, frozen yogurt, shaved ice and other drinks/desserts. Add some to your fruit teas, green teas and floral teas such as Butterfly Pea Flower Tea.

Crystal boba are sweetened and chewy balls that are delicious, and ready to serve. What’s more, these require no additional cooking.

Storage & Care:

– Avoid excessive heat or moisture.

– Expiration date as marked on the package. 

– Refrigerate after opening. It is recommended to consume within 1 week after opening.

– Crystal boba may lump (this is normal) – use a scoop to separate them gently before use.

Recipes

Strawberry Green Tea (22 oz)

Ingredients: jasmine green tea, hot water, strawberry syrup, ice, Crystal Boba
Tools: tea filter, 22 oz drink shaker

1. Brew jasmine green tea and use filter to get hot tea concentrate
2. Let tea concentrate cool until lukewarm
3. Add 250 mL tea concentrate and 35 mL (or more) strawberry syrup to a drink shaker
4. Add ice to shaker till full. Shake well!
5. Add one generous scoop of Crystal Boba to a 22 oz drink cup
6. Pour in the drink and serve!
